Bonus - New Limit - Pdf Download

I want to know what is new minimum percentage for Bonus is applicable according to new amendment.

In the new Amendment, upto Rs. 5000/- under the rule 3 (7)(iii) in Valuation of Perquisites is 100% Tax free if the same is paid by way of Gift Voucher. If paid by cash then the same is taxable in the hands of employees.
A very well know Gift Voucher is Ticket Compliments Gift voucher by Edenred usable at more than 9000+ outlets pan india and in many categories. The user can buy Apparels, eatables, shoes, gold, etc. with the help of GV.

The new limit will be 15,000 basic as compared to the old 10,000 INR. The lower limit will be increased from 8.33 to 11%.However this is yet to come into effect.

The Bonus amendment is yet to the amended, it is just a bill in the Parliament.

Please confirm if minimum bonus stands at 8.33 % of 3500 INR for wage more than 3500 INR.
