What's the New Minimum Bonus Percentage After the Recent Amendment? Seeking Clarity!

I would like to inquire about the new minimum percentage for the bonus that is applicable according to the recent amendment.

The new limit will be 15,000 INR compared to the old 10,000 INR. The lower limit will be increased from 8.33% to 11%. However, this is yet to come into effect.

The Bonus amendment is yet to be amended; it is currently a bill in Parliament. The Bonus amendment has not yet been approved.
