Industrial Relations is the same subject everywhere. It emphasizes fair labor practices and is not restricted to labor law. The law stipulates the bare minimum requisites and does not grant any exemptions.

Ensure that your employees are fairly treated. In my view, labor laws are only guidelines and should not be restricted to them. Give your employees whatever is fair enough, whether in cash, kind, or anything else. Recognize their labor, and they will surely give back much in return. 2+2 does not always equal 4; it may be 3, 5, or even more when managing people.
