Hi friends, please help me. I want to have a format of leave record in Access. Hope you people will help me.

First, identify which Act(s) is/are applicable in relation to the grant of different kinds of leaves. Then, go through the relevant rules of those Acts to find out the format for keeping the leave records of the employed persons.
