The company irresponsibly circulated my letter amongst the staff, leading to a situation where I am being blackmailed. They are bringing up past errors and discussing these with an active client, a contact I had introduced. Despite their attempts, I have been avoiding their calls. Could you please offer some guidance on how to handle the individuals involved in this complaint?
