How Can I Effectively Train My Team on Client Interaction Skills in Just 2 Hours?

I work in a KPO dedicated to telecom optimization. We have an American client database. I need to conduct a training session on Client Interfacing or Interaction Skills for all my employees (100 in number), right from the Relationship Managers to the Junior Analysts. Could someone provide me with some data for the same - a PowerPoint presentation on Client Interfacing or Interaction Skills and some activities to reinforce the training session? The duration of the session could be just 1 hour or 2 hours at the max. Please recommend.
