Dear Seniors,
Please advise me on a practical process of doing manpower accounting in a service industry ( health care )
and how do you do effective manpower planning when do you allow to add manpower in a particular dept. are their any standard broad guidelines. and how do you know if a department in a organisation is overstaffed, understaffed or rightly staffed.
Please advise, having a tough time to control manpower and enable to do manpower accounting.
