Epf - Pf Account [Thread 282286]

Our company has three epf code no in defferent state , now deciding to murge all imployee in single code.
The ques.
01 is new epf code code to be issued?
02. What about their old pf amount either withdraw or transfered to new account.
03. Can any problem arise with pf dept.

A unified code is possible either by retaining one existing code or by constituting a new establishment and getting a new code for that establishment thereafter. Once that is decided you can transfer all old accounts by individually filing form 13 in respect of all employees to the newly allotted PF account numbers.
