Hi all, I am an HR Executive in a budding FMCG company, and I am the only HR here. I want to start a performance appraisal system. We have sales executives all over India with whom I coordinate only by phone. Can anyone please suggest how I should start it and what forms will be required? Also, please help me with other HR policies I can initiate in my company as it is the beginning of my HR career. Please do reply.
