The pharma sector follows a defined set of parameters for the recruitment process. I just wanted to confirm, do you have written parameters for recruitment evaluation forms, and for which department do you require this?

There are some pre-defined parameters, but it all depends on the company's policy. For example, preference may be given to local candidates first to ensure greater stability or to avoid relocation issues. Please review the policy and other criteria. We want to recruit people for Sales & Marketing Department. Like ZSM, DSM, RSM, Product Manager, Executives, etc.

Right now, we don't have any written-based parameters. Could you send some recruitment evaluation forms for written-based parameters, as well as face-to-face interview parameters for evaluating the best candidates?
