Understanding the Changes in Workmens Compensation Act to Employees Compensation Act

Dear Members,

Has the wage limit in the Workmen's Compensation Act been increased? If yes, please provide the notification if anybody has it. What about other employees' compensation if they get into an accident, which act covers them?

Dear Sir,

Please find attached the amendment made to the Workmen's Compensation Act. According to the amendment, it is no longer referred to as the WC Act; it is now known as the Employees' Compensation Act.
