What learning conditions do you think are most necessary for learning to occur? Which is least critical?

As requested by Mr. Simhan, always provide complete information regarding your requirements. Learning is closely associated with "Task Motivation." If motivation is lacking, you cannot compel anyone to learn, regardless of the circumstances.

I'm an MBA student in Kerala. I'm required to do an assignment on this topic. It should be related to the learning culture in an organization. It's mainly a topic assigned under training and development.

I thought so, but did not want to assume (as a wrong assumption would have made an ass of you and me, as my professor put it). You should clearly spell out your needs when you raise a query.

I suggest that you search the web and read all about Learning Organizations. It will be useful if you copy and paste the question set for your assignment.
