Unskilled, Semi-skilled & Skilled Labour

Hello friend,
is there any criteria where we can bifergate unskilled , skilled & semi-skilled staff?
If yes then let me know office boys & tele operator are come under which head?

Definition of these categories i.e. un-skilled, semi-skilled, skilled etc. can be read at site 'paycheck.in'. If your unit is covered under the Minimum Wages Act, 1948 then you can go through the minimum rates of wages notification of your schedule employment & see under which of the category these designations fall.
