HR Operations Activities
- Assists in implementing new policies, practices, systems, and programs to meet company and line management needs.
- Working on periodic Employee Metrics & Trends.
- Performance Management – Assists in the Appraisal & Promotion process.
- Personal & Administration – Handling end-to-end P&A activities of a set group of employees (joining, exit, attendance, employee records, etc.).
- Coordination across all locations on compliance towards employee or labor relations.
- Provide assistance and guidance to line management on a broad range of human resource policies, programs, and practices.
- Ensuring compliance with systems and processes. Addressing queries & employee grievances.
