How Can I Prove My Experience When My Company Won't Provide Certificates?

Hi all, I joined a company 5 months ago, and now it is the 6th month. I want to work here for at least 6 months to gain some experience because a minimum of 6 months' experience is needed to secure a better job. However, I have observed that in my company, they are reluctant to release employees, and thus, not cooperative in providing experience certificates. This situation raises the question of how experience can be demonstrated. Additionally, not all employees have been issued appointment letters, and the payslips lack signatures and stamps; they only indicate basic pay, allowances, and professional tax.

In my case, I have received my appointment letter. What steps should I take when leaving this company?

As an employee, I feel bad about the process that your company is following. But as an HR professional, I want to share some insights with you. Companies invest various resources (e.g., time, money, etc.) in candidates with the expectation of receiving services from them for a certain period. This is done to reap the benefits of the investment made in employees.

Having just 6 months of experience may not be considered significant, as it could reflect negatively on you, implying a lack of job stability. Therefore, my suggestion to you is to work wholeheartedly, not just to gain experience from your employer.
