In Maharashtra the company need to get registered with Maharashtra Labour Welfare Board. The prescribed application form need to be submitted along with PAN Number, Copy of Memorandum of Association, Shop & Establishment License, List of Directors and present address proofs. For further details you can contact on 022-24306717 / 24227758. These are Bombay numbers.
