Indian Trade Union Act, 1926 is a small enactment, but very important for any professional in the Industrial relations field. It gives the procedure for registering a trade Union with the labour authorities.
Recognition pertains to Employer and the Trade Union.
All the Sections are in simple language and self explanatory and once you go through the Act, the doubts raised by you will be cleared.
