'HR Day' is the day when we celebrate our choice of being HR professionals. Yes, I know we get to celebrate this choice on a daily basis. Having said that, here is a day especially for us HR professionals, on which we get to renew our vows and 'count our blessings' for choosing to be HR professionals - the opportunities this profession has opened doors to, the power and responsibility it has bestowed on us, and yes, the challenges we have accepted which have shaped us into better professionals and better human beings.
