What is 'HR Day' and What Do We Do on 'HR Day'?
'HR Day' is the day when we celebrate our choice of being HR professionals. Yes, I know we get to celebrate this choice on a daily basis. Having said that, here is a day especially for us HR professionals, on which we get to renew our vows and 'count our blessings' for choosing to be HR professionals. This profession has opened doors to opportunities, bestowed power and responsibility on us, and presented challenges that have shaped us into better professionals and better human beings.
