I am an MBA (HR, I.B.) fresher and have 2 months of experience as a center manager and 15 days of experience as a Business Development Executive. I have taken leave as I am seeking a job in HR in the Delhi NCR region.

For an HR executive profile, in consultancies, people often say to me that recruitment is a sales function and nothing like HR. How should I respond to this?

My question is: Is it okay for my career growth if I go for consultancy and confine myself to recruitment? What are the growth prospects in consultancies in Delhi NCR?
