Fresher's Query.please Help. - Doc Download

I'am MBA(HR ,I.B.) fresher and have 2 months exp. as centre manager and 15 days exp. as BDE ,now I have taken a leave as I want job in HR in delhi NCR region.
For H.R. executive profile ,in consultancies people say to me Recruitment is a sales function ,nothing like HR,what should I reply?
If anybody has vacancy in HR for fresher ,please respond........
