Hi,
i am presently working in an organisation for the last 5 years (manufacturing) as Admin Asst. Recently, i am promoted as Asst. Manager (HR & Admin).
i have completed my graduation in M.com.,
A company has been established in 1984, and right now there are 500(employees/workers) staff.
could you pls help me how can i start my work and satisfy my self and all other employees? b'coz they didnt give me Training plus i am new to HR.

hi,
i am snehal patel from kalol, i presently working in flexible pouch packaging company, in HR department .I have completed B.Sc with Chemistry and than completed M.B.A in H.R and IRPM (Industrial Relationship Personal Management ).
Our company has been started in 1996, now 210 (employees/workers) staff. last one year working experience in this company.But what happened company have no perticular HR department, while i am joining no body can help me but i am ready to work manpower providing, attandance to payroll, pf form, employee grivance handlinmg ....etc but i am not satisfy my work so, please help me how can i practicaly hr related work in my organisation and i getting more and more knowledge about related for HR.
