Hello,
One may introduce in the following way, but it is not good to do that -
We are pleased to introduce Mr.Ashok, who has joined us today as Assistant Manager - HR (Retention).
After completing his B.Com, he chose to do MBA in HR assuming as a HR guy he could have kushy time in his career & life, but to his dismay. Immediately after his MBA HR, Threshold HR Services Pvt. Ltd. was in hurry to recruit him believing he would be a great asset. He had his stagnation there for 6 years as Recruitment Executive. He was the only guy in Threshold HR to have been retained for such a long period though he did not have any promotion and had one increment cut there. After his frustration there, he had hopped jobs three times, serving each company for very short stint (less than one year) contributing to the country's overall corporate attrition figures. Everywhere he served he had made great contributions by totally and independantly managing almost all the HR functions on the earth (as per his resume). As a rolling stone, he had gathered heavy mass in terms of improving his CTC to 12 lacs per annum in his last job. (He started his career with 2 lacs CTC)
He would be undergoing an Induction program in our company loitering around in all departments for 10 days so as to misunderstand all the business functions of the company.
He has been retained for the past three years as husband by Ms.Usha, his wife. As a token of such retention, he has got one child,by name Asha, 1 year old.
We welcome Ashok and wish him a long ( as long as it is mutually possible) and fruitful (to his family) career in our company and hopefully he would not cause any damage here.
By,
Kishore
