Hello,
One may introduce in the following way, but it is not good to do that -
We are pleased to introduce Mr. Ashok, who has joined us today as Assistant Manager - HR (Retention).
After completing his B.Com, he chose to do an MBA in HR assuming as an HR professional, he could have a cushy time in his career and life, but to his dismay. Immediately after his MBA in HR, Threshold HR Services Pvt. Ltd. was in a hurry to recruit him, believing he would be a great asset. He had stagnated there for 6 years as a Recruitment Executive. He was the only person at Threshold HR to have been retained for such a long period, though he did not receive any promotions and had one increment cut there. After his frustration there, he hopped jobs three times, serving each company for a very short stint (less than one year), contributing to the country's overall corporate attrition figures. Everywhere he served, he made great contributions by independently managing almost all HR functions (as per his resume). Like a rolling stone, he had gathered momentum, increasing his CTC to 12 lakhs per annum in his last job. (He started his career with a 2 lakh CTC)
He will undergo an Induction program in our company, familiarizing himself with all departments for 10 days to understand all the business functions of the company.
He has been retained for the past three years as a husband by Ms. Usha, his wife. As a token of such retention, they have one child named Asha, who is 1 year old.
We welcome Ashok and wish him a long (as long as it is mutually possible) and fruitful (for his family) career in our company, and hopefully, he will not cause any damage here.
By,
Kishore
