UGC NET CODE 55:Labour Welfare/Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/ Labour And

labour court deals with the adjudication of Industrial Disputes to any matter in 2nd Schedule. Any disputes relating to interpretation of standing Order, any discharge, dismissal will come under labour court.
but Industrial court deals with the cases which falls under schedule 2 and 3

since you have completed your mba in hr ... you should go for code 55 ...the syllabus for code 55 is same as the syllabus for mba hr ... but if you opt for code 17 .then it would be a bit difficult for you because it would also include subjects like marketing , finance etc...

hi , I want to appear for net december 2012 . anyone knows has the syllabus been changed or not . and wats the new syllabus . and is there any study material so plz tel me . and tel me if any institute provide the material or crash course .

syllabus is unchanged ..only thing is that, all the 3parts are now objective, nothing subjective like earlier...

Plz help me out as i am really finding it difficult to choose between subject Code 17 and 55, my interest is more towards 55 but i am confused that whether choosing of subject code 55 will restrict my options.
