Employee Signature In ID Card

Dear All,
Am in the process of issuing new ID card to our staff members. In that is that mandatory to have signature of each employee??
Kindly clarify why we need to get employee signature in ID card.

we have arrange a induction program & will introduce employee on the month & also who are performing well, i m going to give increment , so we are going to do this activity for the employee's motivation, i am HR executive, so can you please help me out, like what would be my speech in this.. i will be hosing this function as well there wold be 5 to7 min. of speech of mine for the HR activity also... so what would be that.. please guide me for the same, how i can start that.

Dear Mona,
Don't you have an appraisal system. Again will the employee be given an increment or a performance bonus. Again do specify your industry type.
You don't need to have the employee recognition part along with the induction program. You shall have a separate session on this in the bay itself.
Do clarify for better comments.

No there no rule and not mandatory. There is no need to put sing on the Employee ID card by an employee but got signed by the HR personnel and by the authority of issuing (HR).

On Employee ID Card, signature of employee is not required. Along with his name, Employee Number (Code) & Photo, blood group can be printed.It must be singed by issuing authority (GM-Admin or GM-HR)

I believe its not required, now a days every organizations is maintaining biometric attendance or swipings so it is no way usefull to organization.

Hi all,
It is not mandatory to have employee signature on the ID Card However it is a PLUS always if the technology allows you to do this.
