Understanding BOCW Fee Structure in Haryana: What Happens When You Have Over 100 Workers?

Hi,

Can anyone provide me with the fee structure under the BOCW Act (Building & Other Construction Workers' Welfare Act 1996) in Haryana? I believe it is ₹2000 for up to 100 workers, but what about if there are more than 100? Please clarify.

The fee chart under Haryana BOCW (RE&CS) Rules, 2005 is provided below:

Rule 21. Fees [Section 7]:
No. of workers proposed to be employed Fees (Rs.)
(a) Is up to 100 Rs. 2000/-
(b) Exceeds 100 but does not exceed 500 Rs. 5000/-
(c) Exceeds 500 Rs. 10,000/-
