How Can New Companies Reward Employees for Meeting Sales Targets Without Cash?

Can anyone suggest rewards to give to an employee who has successfully met the sales targets? Keeping in mind that the company is new in the industry and would like to concentrate on non-monetary benefits.

How can you reward a salesperson for merely meeting the target itself? They were expected to achieve that target. Attaining the target alone should not be the sole reason for recognition. Any accomplishment exceeding the target deserves rewards.

Nevertheless, since you have inquired, you may consider recommending training courses for the top performers. Send them for training out of town, preferably by air, and provide them with a comfortable stay in a better hotel.
