Seeking Insights on IT Industry Compensation Trends: Past and Future Projections?

Hi, I'm looking for material/document on the trends in Compensation (Year-Over-Year hike trends, Year-Over-Year Compensation averages for various experience levels, etc.) for the past 5 years (2005-2010) and projections for the next 5 years (2010-2015) in the IT industry, generally. It'd be of great help if someone can share this info with me.
