Inter-relate KRA's To KPI' S

Making an effort to inter-relate KRA's (Key Respnosibility Areas) to KPI' s (Key Performance Indicators) which would help me to analyze their performance levels more precisely.
Currently working with the profiles of V.P-Marketing & V.P-Execution. Your inputs on the same is highly appreciated.

The JD has been attached for your reference of both the V.P - Marketing & V.P- Projects. Ours is an Aviation sector, where our fleets are used for the logistics purpose.
We have got the customer database, which comes under the preview of Annual contracts.
