Are you a warehouse manager for which you need to manage the transportation or are you operations manager of some transport company who take care of fleet of transport? If this is the case then learn Theory of Transport. This theory of transport is part of Operations Research (OR). OR is taught in BSC Mathematics or Statistics.
If you are stores manager and wanted to learn the transport management then learn fleet handling. This fleet handling is part of materials management.
If you want any help from my side, it would be my pleasure to provide it. However, my services are paid one. Please obtain permission from your management to conduct the training programme for you or other staffs of your company.

I don't handle only the behavioural training. I also handle the management training. I could suggest you a subject so that you can find a solution because of this. I handle training on inventory, purchase, capital purchase etc. Anyway paragraph-wise replies to your questions are as below:

How to map the route of Cabs?
Decide the pick up points then map distance from each point. Find out how many persons need to be picked up. Through theory of transport you should be able to get a solution. Secondly, you need to take into account how many transport you have at your disposal.

What is the cost of per person to the comapny in Tranportation?
It is total cost of transportation divided by number of users of this facility.

How to use effective all available resorces?
By implementing theory of transport. Secondly, you could have mentioned what resources you have.

Final Comments: - By learning Operations Research (OR) techniques like linear programming, theory of queueing, theory of sequencing, theory of transportation etc, you should be able to handle your job effectively.
