Going for an IPO is not an easy task. It involves a lot of complex legal procedures. It also requires a track record of at least 3 years for the promoters or the company to be in proper working order. If you need money, contact the banks or infuse the money yourself.

We cannot go to banks because we don't have non-agricultural lands and commercial buildings to provide as security. Therefore, the only option is an IPO. Can you please explain the process?
