You first need to select your area of interest, go through the review of existing literarure in that area... new research findings..new research questions left unanswered...

pls tell me the list of universities giving phd options as i don't think that except kota university of rajasthan is having this option.
my sister wants to do & has chosen the topic: organization development but don't know from where she can find the guide.
pls guide if you have any informtion.

there'z no harm in someone requesting an help; Dude just want to let you know FIRST SELECT THE TOPIC which excites you (can be Orgn. Psychology, Orgn. Dev etc.), Then find out to university, get a guide...........

if u want to do phd and u able to do hard work so u can choice topic "HR system in management" it cover whole HR.
