Payroll Components

I am Raja working as HR Executive in one of the Software Company.
This is the Startup Company.
Anybody let me know the Salary Component for the Employee in the Organization.

Hi Raju,
The components of salary are:
Basic (which should ideally be 45-50% of CTC)
HRA (50% for capital & metros, 40% for other places)
Medical Reimbursement (Rs. 15000 p.a. as fixed p.a.)
LTA (fixed as Basic amount p.a.)
Personal allowance (bal. amt. of CTC- all other components)
PF (12% co's contribution)
