Roughly the policy on Assets Management could contain the following points:
a) Classification of assets
b) Depreciation policy
c) Policy on replacement (use examples of Theory of Replacement as taught in Operations Research)
d) How to maintain Asset Register
e) Who is responsible to check the Asset register and at what periodicity
f) Budgeting based on replacement
