i want to know abt charge sheet in detail

Charge sheet is the official document describing the charges levelled against the accused (employee). Serving of Charge sheet is one of the preconditions of a formal disciplinary action taken against an employee. A charge sheet is expected to be worded very carefully, otherwise, the enquiry may be vitiated.

Charge Sheet in labour law jurispurdence is defined as the show cause notice issued to an employee for his alleged misconduct in service.
It should mention the details of misconduct and which provision of the company's rule the employee breached
It should be written in the language understood by the employee and to be served on him personally or to his last known address.
