Please refer to the Factories Act,1948,Chapter VI for the working hours for Adults which is 48 hrs per week.Over and above the same has to be compensated by paying the overtime.
As regards your query for minimum wages each State has its own structure for the minimum wages applicable.Forwarding a list of Minimum Wages of few States as applicable.

Hi Nidhi,
How ru, first may i know ur company in running which state in india. If ur company below pay minimum wages in ROLE either Casual in liu of state that's the poor practice.
