How Should I Handle an Employee Ignoring Our Disbursement Process in the Field?

Hi,

I have joined a new company that is into microfinance services. The problem is there is an employee in the company who does not seem to be following our disbursement process in the field. I have been with this employee in the field and observed the same.

Please let me know what action should be taken for this employee.

First, issue a warning letter stating the reasons. If he still behaves like that, issue the termination letter.
