This is Neha , working as an HR with a small Real estate Comapny, can anybody plz suggest how to design the leave policy, as the main work is on weekends, so how to design it

Hello,
I am sapna working as an HR in a Hospital (Noida,U.P.).Here i need to make a proper leave policy.But my directors wants me to find out the min.leaves need to give on the basis of which they decide abt Cl/El etc.Can any one help me for the same.
