Designing a Leave Policy for Weekend-Heavy Work: Any Suggestions for HR in Real Estate?

First, identify which act is applicable in your case regarding the grant and accumulation of earned leaves. Then, examine the rules and regulations regarding the encashment of earned leaves in that Act/rules.
