How Do You Measure Training Effectiveness 6 Months Later? Looking for Ideas and Resources

Hi,

I am trying to find any resources (or materials or ideas) on how we can measure training effectiveness. Where we can measure employees 6 months+ post-training course - to see if their behaviors have changed (hopefully positively). Does anyone have any ideas on how to do this?

Thank you for your patient reply. I did at least three searches prior to posting my questions. I do realize the value of someone's time. Perhaps I simply did not use the same search criteria you provided in your links.
