Is 4 Years and 10 Months Enough for Gratuity? Seeking Details on Court Judgment

Dear Friends,

Though the Gratuity Act states that 5 years of service are required for eligibility for gratuity, I was informed that there is a High Court/Supreme Court judgment which mentions that 4 years and 10 months of service is sufficient to make a claim. Can anyone provide the details of this judgment?
