Judgement Copy Of Gratuity - Pdf Download

Dear Friends
Though the Gratuity Act says 5 years service for eligibility of gratuity, i was told that there is High Court / Supreme court judgement which says 4 years and 10 months service holds good to claim. Can any one send judgement?

Hi!! Neha,
Post 60 days of your last working day with the organization, you need to submit the PF & Pension withdrawal forms (available with organizations or in PF department Bandra), to the PF department.
Usually companies depute consultants for coordinating with the PF department, thus these consultants are responsible for filling up the accurate details needed in the form also stating the final amount to be received by you via PF & Pension funds respectively, they also responsible to complete the forms in all respect with signatures from you & the organization, however if your company does not have any such provision, your A/c's department would have all the details, please get in touch with them.
