Overtime Limit For Officeboys In Mumbai

Hi seniors,
Please guide me on following points
1) What is permissible limit of overtime for office boys by law in Mumbai
2) Is it covers under shop & Establishment act.

We are not covered by factories act but yes we covered by bombay shop and establishment act and minimum wages act.

Dear Abhijit,
Then go through the Rules of your state on M W Act, 1948 for OT limit. In general it is 50 hours in a quarter.
