Hi,
As per section 64 of Factories Act, 1948: except in the case of urgent repairs, the Total number of hours of overtime work can't exceed 50 for anyone quarter.
What have I got from your query that you want wherein under Punjab Factories Rules, 1952, it is mentioned.
Factories are abide by both the Act and Rules; In punjab factories rules, 1952 in Form No. 20 i.e. Abstract of Factories Act, it is also written there.

As per Factorys Act all the individuals employed in Factory are considered to be workers, then why overtime is paid only to labour category worker (blue collar) and not o supervisory or managerial level workers??

The maximum admissible hours of overtime working for a worker are 50 hours in a quarter. To what extent an employer can get exemption from the Government / Director-safety and health to allow his worker to do over time in a quarter
