Payment Of Gratuity (amendment) Act 2010

I shall be obliged if you could kindly provide a copy of notification no. 1007 regarding amendment of the act effective from 24/05/2010.

THE GRATUITY AMENDMENT NOTIFICATION 2010 HAS TWO DIMENSIONS . ONE WAS TO ENHANCE THE LIMIT FOR PVT.SECTOR FROM Rs.3,50,000 T0 Rs.10,00,000 ; SECOND WAS TO AMEND THE INCOME TAX LIMIT FOR EMPLOYEES FROM PSU & OTHER SECTORS AS WAS DONE FOR CENTRAL GOVT. EMPLOYEES TO ENHANCE THE LIMIT FROM Rs.3.50 LACS TO 10 LACS & ITS EFFECTIVE DATE . PL CLARIFY SECOND POINT , IF ANY INFORMATION

I have completed 4 years and 9 months in company but my company is not giving me the gratuity.
Could anyone suggest me what can i do? Also please mail me the judgement of supreme court which state that employee is eligible for gratuity after 4 years and 8 months.

I will be much obliged if I am given the copy of the GO of Tamil Nadu State Government enforcing Payment of Gratuity act 2010 for the employees like me who retire in a month

I have been retired from the post of accountant in Confed haryana on dated 28 feb 2010. I have been paid gratuity Rs 350000/- in place of Rs. 650000/- .Please suggest me how I can draw the balance amount.

Approach the office of your area Labour Inspector & file a complaint before him for settlement of your remaining dues. If the matter could not be got settled at his level then file a claim case before the Controlling Authority under The Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972 for the difference of gratuity. In Haryana, Labour Officer - Cum - Conciliation Officers are declared as Controlling Authority under this Act.

whether Payment of Gratuity Act applicable to teachers who have retired before the amendment?

i hav one problem here i.e i was worked for a period of 4 years in a companey by name A, and transfared to another companey by name B. These two companies are having same directors and same management. now i was resigned in companey b after service of 2 years. is am i eligible for gratuity? if so where i have to draw it( from company a or b)

i have a problem i.e one employee was worked in a company by name "A" for a period of 4 years and, he was transford to companey named "B". (These two companies coms under same management. Directors and Managing Director or same) there he worked for 2 years and resigned. is he eligible for gratuity? if so from wich companey has to pay his gratuity and wich salary has to cosidure to calculate the gratuity. please help me

I am from maharashtra currently working in Maharashtra state electricity board my basic+DA is 40000 rupees and my total service is 29 years.
My question is how much gratuity amount i will get after retirement .....?
Please suggest.
