Any ideas on how we can formulate a 180-degree feedback and a 360-degree feedback? For 180-degree feedback, we measure on the following parameters:

3. Approachability
4. Quality Consciousness
5. Decision Making
6. Managing People
7. Flexibility
8. Giving and Receiving Feedback
9. Conflict Management
10. Direction
