The document prepared here is very good, but you missed out on some types of leaves. They include:
- Vacation Leave
- Maternity Leave
- Marriage Leave
- Travel Leave
- Probation Leave
- Compensatory Off Leave
- Bereavement Leave

Hello to all,

We are a small IT company looking to revise the allocation of leaves for a year. Generally, companies follow a specific procedure for leave allocation. Do they allocate, for example, 12 PL at the start of the year or provide 1 leave per month? I would appreciate any insight on this matter.

Can anybody help me with this?
