You can measure business performance through financial ratios. You can measure individuals through KRAs. Both business and individual performances can also be measured through KPIs.

Dear Peer, the performance of an employee is observed through various parameters such as time management, leadership qualities, communication skills, interactions with external industry professionals, maturity, willingness, patience, domain knowledge, ability to handle situations, stress management, sensitivity, grooming, and more. Apart from these parameters, your personal observations also serve as a scale to measure an employee's performance.
