Dear Deepu,
Do you know about the basics of performance evaluation? Why do you need to analyse performance by the ranking method? Who will be ranking the traineees? What sort of jobs are the trainees doing?

Hi there,
In my experience new employees joining the organization do not require to be appraised as much as the old employees are however you can develop a probation report that can used as a method of evaluating their performance. This form usually is very generic does not need a lot of technical evaluation
