Hello friends, I am working in Convergys (BPO). We were asked to do overtime last month without any conditions regarding the overtime, such as how it would be paid and what the criteria are. Now in April, I was shocked when a manager told us that if we have not achieved 80% production on the particular day of overtime, we will not get paid for it. You won't believe that hundreds of hours have gone unpaid. If they had informed us before we started doing overtime, we would not have agreed to it because we know that working continuously for 13 or 14 hours and achieving 100% production is not possible.
