Seeking Goal Sheets for Key Banking Roles: Can You Help with Performance Appraisals?

Hi all, I am working on the performance appraisal for a bank. I would be much obliged if somebody could provide the goal sheets for the following roles:

- Relationship Manager
- Branch Manager
- Branch Operations Manager
- Branch Credit Manager
- Cluster Manager

Dear Robin,

A mere list of the designations is not sufficient. You need to provide their job descriptions as well. If we don't know their JDs, how can we give suggestions on their goals?
