i've newly started my carrier in Hr recruitment,i wanna know what is the exact break ups in the salary structure.which includes the percentage of basics,HRA,Medical allowance,Conveyance allowance,etc

The break up of the salary differs from organisation to organisation. In terms of statuary law they needs to be followed.
