Hi, I've newly started my career in HR recruitment. I want to know what the exact breakdown is in the salary structure, which includes the percentages of basics, HRA, medical allowance, conveyance allowance, etc.

Hi Team Member,

The breakup of the salary differs from organization to organization. In terms of statutory law, it needs to be followed. I am attaching an Excel file which will give you a rough idea of the breakup.
