Why No Campus Recruitment For Hr? - Txt Download

Hi Cite hrian's,
I am 2009 passed out MBA.
I have a doubt can anybody answer my question,my question is that
"why there is no campus recruitment's for any of the company's hr position"?
or "Why companies are not hiring fresh hr's"?

i agree that campus recruitment for HR is very less. But there are opening for freshers in HR. So never give up. Try to keep in touch with your seniors. so that they can help you.

Your statement is wrong. There are campus recruitment happening for HR stream also.. Only thing is that they prefer top notch business schools rather than colleges.. Even this year Accenture have taken about 20 people for HR team through campus..

If all the companies are recruiting from a reputed institutions, what about the colleges. Can all study in IIPM, or businees schools? In other colleges also there are suitable candidates. But companies are never turning to this side. Why this partiality?

Unemployed HR guys can start off as trainer, consultant ... or may build additional skills in IT etc to make their resume attractive.

Basically being a human we choose the best in what ever needs/wants we have.
Like that people from corporates also choose the best among students.

Corporates are choosing the best students or branded institutions? Best and capable students are in each and every college. Whether thay get the opportunity?

ya i agree with Jesukumar, talented people are highly available in colleges but top companies prefers 'B' Schools rather than university/Colleges. currently am working as a HR Exe in Engineering Design company, I completed my mba in 2008 during that time no campus interview for HR not even for finance only for Marketing opening many companies turned.
Main reason high competititon, now trend is many of them willing to do mba and want to become hr but there is no proper backround for doing mba. There is no scope for MBA now.
